Manage language and saved digest preferences

Language

  1. Open PalSync Settings.

  2. Scroll to Language.

  3. Select English, Français, German, Español, Dutch, Polish, Italian, or Português.

  4. Allow PalSync to reload the locale-aware view.

The language setting changes PalSync interface text. It does not translate or modify Shopify order data, carrier values, customer content, PayPal transactions, or dispute records.

Order digest

  1. Use Turn on or Turn off to save the order-digest preference.

  2. Select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Failed order digest

  1. Use Turn on or Turn off independently of the general order digest.

  2. Select Daily, Weekly, or Monthly.

Current release limitation

The Settings page explicitly states that digest preferences are saved, but scheduled email delivery is not enabled in this release. A saved preference does not guarantee that an email will arrive.

Operational control

Critical sync issues remain visible in the app and to PalSync support. Review Failed and Missing Info in Orders and Action required in Disputes on a team schedule. Do not use email as the only deadline control.
