Billing follows the store's Shopify billing period
Eligible new subscriptions approved from July 22 through October 22, 2026 display a 90-day launch trial. The standard new-merchant trial is seven days outside that launch window. Orders processed during an active trial are free. After the trial, usage is measured in merchant-specific 30-day Shopify billing periods.
Reconcile the active period
Open Usage.
Confirm the Shopify billing-period start and end dates.
Read Orders processed, Current tier, Tier target, and Days remaining.
Use Forecast for estimated orders and the projected tier target.
Compare Previous usage with prior Shopify billing records.
The values shown for the active subscription are the authority for that store. Do not estimate the bill from the Orders table; order-sync views and billing reconciliation have different purposes.
Displayed usage tiers

Launch benefit and reviews are separate
The launch trial is based only on new-subscription eligibility and approval time. It is never conditional on leaving a Shopify App Store review, choosing a particular star rating, or sending positive feedback.
If usage needs review
Send support the store domain, exact billing-period dates, processed-order count, current tier, forecast, displayed amount, and any Shopify charge or reconciliation reference. Never send payment credentials.
