One operational view for Shopify and PayPal
PalSync connects a Shopify fulfillment to the PayPal transaction that received the payment. It normalizes carrier and tracking data, records the result, supports controlled recovery for older fulfillments, and brings PayPal dispute context into the Shopify admin.
Start on Dashboard. The connection banner, received-versus-synced charts, and recent outcome table give the fastest health check.
Product areas
Dashboard: detected PayPal accounts, synchronized revenue, order volume, and recent outcomes.
Orders: realtime queues and terminal results for fulfilled Shopify orders.
Historical Orders: a controlled, token-based request for orders created before PalSync was installed.
Settings: PayPal accounts, digital-order handling, Courier Mapping, subscription, language, and digest preferences.
Disputes: current PayPal cases, response deadlines, evidence, case-driven actions, and activity history.
Authoritative systems
Shopify remains the source of the order and fulfillment. PayPal remains the source of the transaction, dispute stage, response deadline, and allowed dispute actions. PalSync coordinates the workflow and records what happened. It does not manufacture a missing PayPal action or silently submit a merchant response.
